No Substitute For Colon Cleansing
For many people, spring is the best season of the year. Like bears, we wake up from our winter slumber, out of our warm nest and into the bright spring sunshine. To many people being stuck indoors during the cold and wet of winter is a time when we push our body to the limits in the worst possible manner. We eat the wrong foods, breathe the wrong air and the only exercise we give ourselves is on the remote control of our television and on our computer mouse.
